Any toppings or other recipes that are not shelf stable will not be included with any item they would normally be paired with, as to remain in compliance with Texas cottage food laws, in lieu of this we will happily include any recipes we have for toppings of that nature here

Whipped Cream Topping:

Powdered Sugar                        1/2 Cup    80g

Heavy Whipping Cream         1 Cup       215g

Vanilla Extract (Pure is best)         1 tsp            4g


Combine all ingredients and, with a mixer or a whisk, beat on high until stiff peaks are formed, no longer than that or you'll make a very sweet butter

Use a piping bag, butter knife, or even just a spoon to top your desired sweet

Creamy Alfredo - Great with our Fettuccine:

Butter                                                           1/2 Cup        113g

Heavy Whipping Cream                    1 1/2 Cup       360g

Garlic Minced                           1 Large Clove or 2 Small      

Italian Seasoning                                    1/2 Tsp      0.17g

Salt                                                                1/2 Tsp      3.16g

Pepper                                                         1/4 Tsp        0.5g

Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese       2 Cup       227g

(Optional) Desired amount of baked shredded chicken seasoned or unseasoned works fine

Instructions:

Add the butter and cream to a large skillet.

Bring to a simmer on low heat

Simmer for 2 minutes.

Whisk in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for one minute.

Whisk in the parmesan cheese until melted.

Stir in as much chicken as desired

Serve immediately.
