How do I place an order?
You can place orders by using our Order Form , or by contacting us via phone call, text message, or email. We'll be happy to guide you through the process. You can also stop by Tuesday-Friday 2PM-8PM and place your order directly.
What's your lead time for orders?
Our lead time varies depending on the complexity and size of your order. Generally, we recommend placing your order a few days in advance, we cannot accept any less than two days notice on orders. Depending on how busy we ar we may be able to complete some orders sooner, we will give a completion time estimate before the order is finalized.
When are you open and where are you located?
For delivery or pickup orders over the phone we keep our business line on from 12PM through 6PM. For curbside pickup we can meet you out front rain or shine, your wait shouldn't be longer than 10 minutes.
Our physical location is generally open, weather permitted, from 2PM - 8PM Tuesday-Friday at 8623 Spotted Owl 78109. Unless there is an announcement, or it's a day we're always closed, we will be open.
What are your ingredients?
We take pride in using high-quality ingredients, locally sourced when possible. Our recipes are crafted to ensure the most delicious and wholesome experience. Everything starts with quality unbleached, unbromated, wheat flour.
Can I place an order for delivery or pickup?
Yes! Johnson's Breads and Pastries offers both delivery and pickup options. When you place your order we can arrange for either method. A delivery fee will be added to your total as follows: ≤30 miles would be $10 and ≤15 miles would be $4. We cannot service a delivery greater than 30 miles from our location. Generally pickups will be made from our bakery location when we open between 2pm -8pm Tuesday-Friday, if that doesn't work for you we can figure out something that does.
If we can walk to you (1 or 2 blocks away) there will be no charge for delivery.

Do you add any preservatives to your baked goods?
At Johnson's Breads and Pastries, our mission is to create baked goods that are healthier for you to eat. All our baked goods DO NOT have any artificial flavors, preservatives, or corn syrups.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept mobile payments through Cashapp, Venmo, and PayPal. We also gladly accept cash payments. All of our mobile payment usernames are JohnsonsBread, you can also just click the desired payment option in this statement.
We are now accepting Credit/Debit cards Via Square. They charge a fee which is not included in the pricing of our products. For these transactions we will be including a service fee.

Do I need to worry about allergens?
While we take strict measures to prevent cross-contamination, our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, nuts, eggs, wheat, among other ingredients that may cause a reaction. All our equipment is washed between each batch of dough, and every ingredient is kept in separate containers. If you have severe allergies, please let us know so we can discuss your options.
