Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel an order: To cancel an order please contact us via Call, Text, or email at (210)-391-9219 or JohnsonsBread@gmail.com
Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date or delivery date for a full refund. Orders canceled 48 hours or less from the scheduled pickup or delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds and Credits: Approved cancellations will be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future order, based on your preference. - Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and may take additional time to reflect on your account, depending on your payment method.
Modification or Rescheduling: If you need to modify or reschedule your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes whenever feasible.
Exceptions: In the case of an act of God, such as severe weather conditions or health emergencies, we will consider >48 hour cancellation refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Dissatisfied With Order: As purchases made with us are food item purchases and we cannot accept returns of items sold, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase feel free to give us a call so we can discuss the problems you had with your purchase and find a solution that we can agree to. If there's something we're doing wrong we'd love to stop doing that thing and start doing a different thing to make a more enjoyable product.
